  • Shipping tracking information: A tracking number & a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided once processing has been completed & your order has been shipped.

 

  • If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

 

  • Disputed charges: if you dispute a charge after receiving a merchandise/product I will be obligated to press criminal charges of fraud & move forward with court matters as well)

 

  • Refund & exchange policy: No refunds or exchanges! all sales are final once purchased & item has been processed! If there was a mistake made on our end please email us immediately so we may fix the issue. By making a purchase you are accepting the terms & conditions of our policy!

 

  • IT IS ADVISABLE NOT TO WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER. IF YOU HAVE A DEADLINE THAT YOU NEED YOUR PRODUCT FOR, IT IS ALWAYS WISE TO ORDER FAR ENOUGH IN ADVANCE TO ALLOW FOR UNANTICIPATED DELAYS THAT MAY BE OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

  • We are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS, DHL or FEDEX should be contacted if any packages are lost.
